I used the Stampin' Up "Perfect Polka Dots" Impressions Folder to emboss. I used a retired Stampin' Up stamp set. I used the "Scallop Trim" Border Punch. I used Tempting Turquoise, Melon Mambo, Close To Cocoa and Whisper White cardstock. I used Craft White Ink and Classic Ink Glorious Green. I used Stampin Dimensionals under the flower.I used White 1/4" Whisper White Grosgrain ribbon. I stamped the sentiment in Pixie Pink Classic Ink. And a red brad.
