Sorry I've been gone

My computer died and it's been awhile, I now have a new computer but am still learning how to use it, about the time I think I know it a update comes along and I get lost all over again. But never give up on me I will learn it in time. I've been working on creations just have to figure out how to post them after I take the pictures of them. I fell on the ice and broke my ankle in three places so that threw a wrench in the creations for quite awhile. I am learning how to walk again and hope to be able to negotiate the steps to my craft room on a more frequent basis. So stay tuned and don't give up on me.

Thinking of You

I used the Stampin' Up "Perfect Polka Dots" Impressions Folder to emboss. I used a retired Stampin' Up stamp set. I used the "Scallop Trim" Border Punch. I used Tempting Turquoise, Melon Mambo, Close To Cocoa and Whisper White cardstock. I used Craft White Ink and Classic Ink Glorious Green. I used Stampin Dimensionals under the flower.I used White 1/4" Whisper White Grosgrain ribbon. I stamped the sentiment in Pixie Pink Classic Ink. And a red brad.

Get Well Soon Card

I used a few different Stampin' Up stamp sets for this card. The tree and sentiment are from the "Thoughts & Prayers" SU set. The bench is from "Pendant Park". And the bluebirds are from the "Picture This" Hostess Set from the Occasions Mini Catalog. To get just the birds I used the Aqua painter and Brocade Blue Classic Inks, and just colored the bird then stamped. To give the park bench dimension I used Dimensionals. I used Very Vanilla and Elegant Eggplant cardstock. The Classic Ink colors I used were Elegant Eggplant, Chocolate Chip, Close To Cocoa and (on the Elegant Eggplant piece I used) Versamark. The ribbon is the 1/4" Old Olive Grosgrain.

Peace Within

I CASEd the basic design from the Stampin' Up catalog. I used the "Peace Within"set by Stampin' Up. I used Saraha Sand, Mellon Mambo, Close to Cocoa, More Mustard and Whisper White cardstock. I used the Aqua painter with the Classic Ink stamp pads to color the images. I used 5/8" Whisper White Grosgrain ribbon.

Good Friend

I used the Stampin' Up set "Good Friends". The ribbon, darker cardstock and Classic ink are all Dusty Durando. All other cardstock and brads are stuff I had on hand.

Crazy For Cupcakes

All of the images are from Stampin' Up's "Crazy For Cupcakes" stamp set. I used cardstock and pattern paper from a previous years Simply Sent set by Stampin' Up.

Simply Sent Petite Pansies another version

Here is another version of a card from the Petite Pansies Simply Sent Set by Stampin' Up. This set comes with the Classic Ink Spots and an Aqua Painter. The set comes complete with sentiments, stamps and ribbons.
